All of our stock is warehoused in Australia so shipping usually is between 3-5 days after payment has been received. We do our best to keep to these timeframes however this may change and is beyond our control. If there is a delay in shipping we will do our best to contact you and keep you updated.

If by any chance you have an issue with the quality of the product you have received, please get in contact with us as soon as possible and we will rectify the problem.
